Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required. - Current Registered Nurse (RN) license. - Minimum of 6 years of clinical nursing experience. - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. - Familiarity with educational technologies and e-learning platforms. - Advanced degrees or certifications in psychiatric nursing or education. - Experience working in a mental health or psychiatric care setting.
