Lead Node + React Developer

As a Lead Engineer at our company, you will have a crucial role in designing, constructing, and expanding our healthcare platform. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing Technical Leadership: - Leading discussions on design and architecture for scalable, secure, and resilient systems. - Establishing and upholding coding standards, best practices, and technical guidelines. - Mentoring and guiding engineers to promote a culture of learning and innovation. - Contributing to Product Development: - Collaborating with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to develop and deliver end-to-end features. - Directing the development of backend microservices, APIs, and frontend applications. The qualifications required for this role are as follows: - 10-15 years of engineering experience, with at least 3 years in lead/architect positions. - Proficiency in Node.js (NestJS), ReactJS, React Native, Python (preferred), and TypeScript. - Experience with AWS/GCP, Docker, and Kubernetes. - Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, data pipelines, and healthcare data (EHR, FHIR, claims, ADT). - Familiarity with AI/ML and data-driven applications. - Thorough understanding of HIPAA, security, and healthcare compliance. - Excellent skills in system design, problem-solving, and communication. - Proven track record of mentoring teams and delivering products in fast-paced or startup environments.
