Lead Mobile Game Intelligence Manager

You will lead a team of passionate mobile-game enthusiasts who perform deep game analysis, gameplay breakdowns, and systematic evaluations of the world’s top mobile titles. Your work will directly influence product strategy, creative development, and performance optimization across the company.

Mobile Games & Player Insight

• Play, analyze, and deconstruct mobile games across genres to understand mechanics, progression, monetization, and player motivations.
• Build gameplay intelligence frameworks and templates that help teams evaluate games consistently.
• Identify deep insights on user profiles, player types, and behavioral patterns.

Team Leadership

• Manage and mentor a team of game analysts and game enthusiasts.
• Establish workflow processes, deliverables, and best practices for consistent, high-quality output.
• Foster a culture of curiosity, organization, and excellence within the team.

Data-Driven Analysis

• Partner with data teams to validate game insights with behavioral data.
• Build structured reports, dashboards, and gameplay taxonomies.
• Turn qualitative game research into quantitative insight for product and creative strategy.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Creative, UA, and Product teams to share insights that improve game design, creative testing, and monetization strategies.
• Translate complex gameplay mechanics into actionable recommendations.

Bonus / Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with game development tools (Unity, Unreal, or equivalent).
• Technical background—database experience, engineering skills, scripting, automation, or other technical tools that enhance the team’s output.
• Experience building gameplay models, simulation tools, or structured knowledge bases.
