This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who can lead multi-million-dollar projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to quality, budget, and schedule. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage complex projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Lead and mentor multidisciplinary engineering teams, fostering collaboration and excellence. Manage client relationships across diverse stakeholders in India and overseas, ensuring clear communication and alignment. Conduct risk management, change management, and strategic resource planning to mitigate project risks. Conduct technical bid analyses, vendor drawing reviews, and ensure technical compliance. Review and ensure the quality of deliverables, maintaining the highest industry standards. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and drive project success. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. 20+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on piping design, rotary and static equipment, and utility systems. Proven track record of leading multi-disciplinary teams in complex project environments. Expertise in project tracking, resource management, and risk/change management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize project workflows. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage cross-functional and cross-cultural teams effectively.
