Job Description

Preparation of technical tenders (Cross Country, Steel Laying, PE Laying, Supply of Valves, fittings etc.) consisting of SOW, SOR, Design Basis, Specifications, Standards, GADs, Schematics, Data Sheet, Material Requisition. Preparation of engineering deliverables including sizing /wall thickness calculation, optimization of piping layouts, isometrics etc.  Preparation of piping material specification and piping class as per project requirements.  Perform & review piping materials take off (MTO) activities and provide necessary details for further procurement activities. Reviewing vendor documents (Approval of QAP/GAD/Calculations of Steel Pipe/ Valves/ Assorted Pipes/ LR Bends etc. ), drawings & reports, planning & executing quality assurance & inspection test of major pipeline components. Development of engineering drawings, including plot plans, piping layouts, and isometric drawings. Preparation and approval of WPS, PQR, EQT and WQT as per relevant code and standards.
