Job Description

We seek a Lead Marketing Operations to drive outbound campaigns, manage marketing automation tools, and enhance our online reputation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Zoho, HubSpot, data extraction tools, social media campaigns, email LinkedIn outreach, and performance tracking. This role requires a results-driven individual who can efficiently execute targeted outreach strategies, optimize lead-generation efforts, and ensure data-driven decision-making. Responsibilities: 1. Outbound Campaign Lead Generation Plan, execute, and optimize email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns to generate high-quality leads. Use marketing automation tools (Zoho, HubSpot) to track campaign performance and improve conversion rates. Work closely with sales teams to align outreach efforts with monthly and quarterly targets. 2. Marketing Operations Automations Manage and optimize Zoho, HubSpot, and other CRM tools for campaign automation and analytics. Extract and analyze campaign data to refine outreach strategies and ensure lead pipeline effectiveness. Ensure seamless integration of marketing tools to improve workflow efficiency. 3. Performance Tracking Reporting Track key performance metrics for outbound campaigns and provide data-driven insights. Generate reports on email open rates, LinkedIn engagement, conversion rates, and overall campaign performance. Use analytics tools to measure ROI and optimize future marketing efforts. Must-have Skills: Experience: 5-7 years in marketing operations, outbound campaigns, and data-driven marketing. Hands-on experience with Zoho, HubSpot, and data extraction tools. Expertise in email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and outbound lead generation. Strong knowledge of social media campaign execution and online reputation management. Ability to analyze data, track key marketing metrics, and optimize outreach strategies. Excellent communication and project management skills. Preferred: Experience in B2B lead generation and marketing automation.
