Job Description

Lead the architecture and planning of a new Marketo instance, or migration from an existing platformLead end-to-end Marketo instance setup or migration
Design and implement scalable lead lifecycle strategies including scoring, routing, and nurturing
Establish scalable campaign frameworks and reusable templates for global useOwn end-to-end strategy, execution, and optimization of all Marketo campaigns and programsManage email deliverability, A/B testing, and performance analysisImprove segmentation, personalization, and engagement strategies
Maintain and optimize Marketo instance healthasset hygiene, folder structure, and field management
Oversee data governance, privacy compliance and deliverability best practices
Develop and maintain documentation, SOPs, naming conventions, and training for internal teams
Provide performance insights and campaign ROI reporting using Marketo and analytics toolsInstance audits, platform enhancements, and automation roadmaps to support scaling efforts
Lead discovery sessions, status calls, and enablement sessions
Explore and implement AI capabilities within Marketo and integrated platforms
Stay up to date on AI trends in marketing automation and guide clients accordinglyAct as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders

Experience with API integrations, webhook configurations, or velocity scriptingMarketo Certified Expert (MCE)Exposure to account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and Attribution Models
