Job Title: Lead Java Developer/Lead Software Engineer Location: Chennai Job Type: Full-time (Hybrid) Experience Level: - 8- 15 years Description: BE/B. Tech (CSE, Electronics preferred) and 8-13 Years of relevant experience. Solid understanding and experience in the Agile SDLC approach. Strong experience in Java/J2EE, Microservices (using Spring boot), and Containerization. Experience working with API Gateways (NGINX preferred) and AD authentication. Experience in testing frameworks (Junit/Mockito or Selenium/Cucumber). Experience working with SQL/NoSQL databases (Postgres, CouchDB preferred) design and queries. Experience working with any messaging system (KAFKA preferred), Docker, and Kubernetes. Working knowledge of Azure or AWS cloud, Kubernetes. A clear understanding of CS Algorithms and design patterns. Good project management skills including planning, risk management, and issue resolution. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
