Role Description

We are seeking a Lead Java Developer for a full-time, on-site role located in Salem. As a Lead Java Developer, you will be responsible for overseeing software development projects, designing and implementing microservices, and using the Spring Framework to build dynamic applications. Daily tasks will include programming in Java, ensuring code quality, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Qualifications

1. Experience Level:

   6 years to 11 years

2. Availability: Immediate to 15 days
3. Must Have DSA, architect-level knowledge
4. Must be from a finance/payment or fintech background

• Experience in Software Development and Programming
• Proficiency with Java and the Spring Framework
• Knowledge of Microservices architecture
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
• Experience in leading a development team is a plus
• Relevant certifications are advantageous
