Job Description

Role & responsibilities Develop and Implement Security Policies: Create and enforce security protocols, procedures, and standards to protect the organizations IT infrastructure and data. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate cybersecurity risks through proactive risk management strategies and regular vulnerability assessments. Monitor Security Systems: Oversee real-time monitoring of network systems to detect and respond to security incidents, breaches, or suspicious activities. Incident Response: Lead the investigation, containment, and remediation of security incidents, coordinating with relevant teams to resolve issues promptly. Compliance and Audits: Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g. ISO 27001) and prepare for internal and external security audits. Security Awareness Training: Conduct training and awareness programs for employees to promote best practices in cybersecurity and reduce human-related risks. Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with ITInfra and operational teams to ensure that security measures align with business processes and technological innovations. Preferred candidate profile Proficiency in managing and configuring firewalls such as Palo Alto, Checkpoint, and Fortinet. Experience in Data Loss Prevention (DLP) tools and technologies. Experience with TrendMicro Vision One for advanced threat detection and response. Knowledge of EC-Council certifications and security exams, such as Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH). Strong understanding of compliance standards and regulations related to IT security. Proficiency in email security solutions to protect against phishing and other email-based threats. Incident management skills, including the ability to develop and implement incident response plans. Ability to conduct cybersecurity awareness training for end users to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities in maintaining information security.
