We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Lead IT Sales drive lead generation and sales for our own software products . The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, nurturing leads, and converting them into long-term clients. This role requires strong communication skills, market research capabilities, and a proven track record in B2B or B2C software sales . Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and generate leads through various channels (cold calling, email campaigns, social media, networking, etc.). Conduct research to understand customer needs and pain points. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients. Sales & Business Development: Present and demonstrate our own software products to potential customers. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions. Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals. Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Provide ongoing support and account management to ensure customer satisfaction. Gather customer feedback and work with internal teams for continuous product improvement. Market Analysis & Reporting: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands. Provide insights and suggestions to improve sales strategies. Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and client interactions. Requirements: Experience: IT software sales, lead generation, or business development. Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Technical Knowledge: Understanding of IT/software solutions and ability to explain technical products. Sales Tools: Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
