Lead India Payroll

As an ideal candidate for the role, you will be responsible for overseeing statutory compliance, which includes PF, Gratuity, ESIC, LWF, PT, and TDS. Your primary task will involve ensuring all filings are completed on time and staying updated on legislative changes to implement necessary process adjustments. In addition, you will be required to prepare and submit Salary TDS Returns and issue Form 16 for all associates across India. Collaborating with Actuary and FP&A teams on Actuarial Valuations for Ind AS and US GAAP will also be a key aspect of your role. Your role will also demand excellent project and program management skills, specifically in handling large cross-functional and cross-geographical projects. You should have hands-on experience in owning program governance and operational cadence for global finance and cross-functional projects. When it comes to technical and general skills, you should possess a proactive approach to driving continual improvements and effectively managing stakeholders. Furthermore, your ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion will be crucial in this role.
