Role Description Job Title: Lead I - Software Testing (Automation, Python, AWS) Experience Range: 5–8 Years Hiring Locations: Trivandrum, Hyderabad, Kochi Must-Have Skills Strong experience in automation testing using Python Testing in a Hadoop environment with HDFS Proficiency in AWS services including S3, Lambdas, Managed Airflow (MWAA), and EMR Serverless Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with agile methodologies and data testing Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines High attention to detail and accuracy Good-to-Have Skills Educational background in Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, or related disciplines Experience preparing detailed specifications and reports Previous experience in a similar testing role Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Lead I - Software Testing professional with expertise in automation, Python, and AWS . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in testing applications within a big data ecosystem , particularly using PySpark in Hadoop/HDFS environments. You should be comfortable working with cloud-native services on AWS , including EMR Serverless , Lambdas , and MWAA .
