Role Overview: As a Test Engineer (Automation) at our dynamic team in Pune, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, performance, and reliability of our cutting-edge product. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, maintain, and enhance automation test scripts and frameworks - Implement and optimize testing strategies to enhance automation efficiency - Continuously improve automation tools, frameworks, and testing processes - Manage tasks effectively to deliver high-quality results punctually - Provide valuable feedback on release readiness - Participate in requirement analysis and test planning Qualifications Required: - Possess 4-6 years of industry experience in software testing, with a minimum of 2 years specifically in automation testing - Strong grasp of software testing methodologies and best practices - Hands-on proficiency in Java (Core Java) for test automation - Adept in Cucumber BDD for writing test scenarios in Gherkin format - Experience with test automation tools like Selenium, Appium, or similar - Knowledgeable in test frameworks such as JUnit and TestNG - Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or GitHub Actions - Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman and JMeter - Background working in Agile/Scrum environments - Proficiency in JIRA & Zephyr for test case management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask efficiently ONUS Technologies (UST) is a global digital transformation solutions provider that collaborates with leading companies worldwide to drive real impact through transformation.
