About The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced
Senior Analyst
to lead the daily production and delivery of
client and fund reporting
outputs. This role combines hands-on reporting, stakeholder coordination, and team supervision. You will ensure timely and accurate reporting while driving operational excellence and continuous process improvements. The position also serves as an escalation point and plays a key role in supporting leadership and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production of client and fund reporting outputs, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Conduct daily stand-up meetings to coordinate tasks and allocate work within the team.
- Ensure reports are completed in line with internal SLAs and external deadlines.
- Maintain strong reporting control processes, including sign-offs and compliance checks.
- Provide technical guidance and coaching to analysts; escalate critical issues where required.
- Act as the first-level escalation point for exceptions and discrepancies; lead root cause analysis.
- Identify, propose, and implement process improvements and automation initiatives.
- Serve as the key contact between the reporting team and stakeholders in Singapore/UK.
- Present updates on monthly production cycles, including team KPIs and management information (MI).
- Cover for team manager in their absence, including attending client/service/vendor meetings.
- Support change management and strategic projects within the local team.
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications
- Proven leadership/supervisory experience in client or fund reporting.
- Deep knowledge of fund structures, financial reporting processes, and regulatory documents such as:
- UCITS
- KIID (Key Investor Information Document)
- KFS (Key Facts Statement)
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, macros).
- Experience with reporting platforms (e.g., Morningstar, SharePoint, or similar).
- Strong technical and product knowledge to resolve complex reporting queries.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with daily/weekly/monthly reporting cycles and tight production timelines.
Good-to-Have Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with automation tools (e.g., VBA, Power BI, Alteryx, or Python for data processing).
- Exposure to global client reporting frameworks and regulatory environments across different jurisdictions.
- Prior experience in a client-facing role or service/vendor management.
- Understanding of fund accounting or performance measurement.
- Familiarity with data visualization and dashboard tools.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CFA Level I/II, IMC, or equivalent) are a plus.
