The company's operations have expanded to 70 cities in India, recording about 15 million customer orders per month. The Lead HR Business Partner (HRBP) role at BigBasket for the Delhi-Gurgaon region is a strategic position that involves managing the full employee life cycle while aligning HR initiatives with business goals. Here are the key responsibilities and qualifications for this role: Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic HR Leadership: Work closely with senior leadership to define and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives. 2. Employee Development & Performance Management: Lead training, development programs, and performance management systems. 3. Employee Relations & Compliance: Address employee grievances, ensure compliance with labor laws, and manage policy implementation. 4. Change Management: Support business restructuring and organizational shifts. 5. Employee Engagement & Culture Building: Promote initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and workplace culture. 6. HR Analytics & Data-Driven Decision Making: Use HR metrics to inform strategies and improve workforce performance. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors or Masters degree in HR or related field. 9+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in retail, e-commerce, or FMCG sectors. Strong business acumen with the ability to connect HR strategies with company performance. Expertise in talent management, employee relations, and performance coaching. Experience handling HR operations in a fast-paced, multi-location environment. 6 Days Working
