Lead Graphic Designer

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

• 5+ years of proven design experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team lead role.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).

• Exceptional eye for design, layout, and typography.

• Strong organizational and project management abilities, including file management. • Experience with collaboration and workflow tools such as Jira, Miro, Dropbox.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders across time zones.

• Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous learning.

• Plan, assign, and track design tasks with our Marketing and Design Co-ordinator using project management tools such as Jira.

• Use Miro workspace to oversee team projects, ensuring alignment with global creative direction.

• Conduct weekly knowledge-sharing sessions (Expert Talks on Fridays).

• Collaborate closely with the Senior Lead Designer (UK) to ensure creative work aligns with global standards.

· This role will ensure delivery of high-quality design work for vendor requests, seasonal catalogs, packaging, and internal creative projects.

· A significant part of this role is overseeing hangtag requests from vendors in India and the Far East. The team is responsible for providing accurate hangtag artwork and updates on demand to meet manufacturing timelines and market needs.

· Support the creation of additional graphic assets such as B2B and B2C web banners, POS materials, and related design deliverables.

· Support department presentations for the leadership team.

· Collaborate with the Tech team on tradeshow design and other internal creative projects.

· Review design work with the Creative Director for approval, and then provide clear feedback to the Coimbatore team to ensure quality control.

· Partner with the wider Global Design Studio to ensure alignment and consistency across global design outputs.

· Coordinate with our Manufacturing team in India and China-based vendors for mainline hangtags and packaging designs.

· Oversee hangtag requests from vendors in India and the Far East, ensuring timely delivery of artwork and updates on demand.

· Provide clear communication of the Creative Director’s direction to the Coimbatore team.

· Manage the Barcode and QR code generator and oversee the India design team Dropbox.

· Maintain and update live SOPs and design databases for reference and consistency to share with Vendors.
