We’re building a brand that blends science, design, and storytelling — creating not just great products, but a beautiful digital-first experience.


Role Description


As the Lead Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for defining and executing the brand’s visual direction across all digital and offline touchpoints. You’ll collaborate closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to produce high-quality, conversion-focused creatives that elevate the brand and drive performance.


Key Responsibilities


  • Brand Visual Identity:

    Own and evolve the brand’s design language — colours, typography, layouts, and overall aesthetic consistency across channels.
  • Creative Strategy:

    Conceptualise and execute campaign visuals, product launches, and marketing assets aligned with brand goals.
  • Performance Creatives:

    Design high-performing ads for Meta, Google, and other paid media channels.
  • Website & E-commerce:

    Work with the product and UI/UX teams to design banners, product images, landing pages, and PDP visuals optimised for conversion.
  • Social Media & Content:

    Lead creative execution for Instagram, YouTube thumbnails, and influencer collaborations.
  • Packaging & Print:

    Collaborate with vendors for packaging, in-store displays, and offline collaterals when needed.
  • Team Management:

    Guide a small team of graphic designers, freelancers to maintain quality and speed.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:

    Partner with marketing, brand and Product Tech leadership to ensure creative consistency across campaigns.




Required Skills & Experience


  • Minimum

    5 years of design experience

    with at least

    2 years in a D2C/e-commerce brand or creative agency

    handling such accounts.
  • Deep understanding of

    digital-first design

    (especially for paid ads, website assets, and social media).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing

    brand storytelling, product design communication, and campaign work

    .
  • Expertise in

    Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, XD/Figma)

    .
  • Working knowledge of

    motion graphics, short-form video editing, or 3D rendering

    is a plus.
  • Ability to balance

    brand aesthetics with performance-driven design

    .
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to lead creative discussions.
