Product Name: Employ Astar (Applicant Tracking System) used by Companies in Recruitment department. This is a Salesforce Product. Location : Sarjapur (opposite Sarjapur Decathlon) Working Days : 5 Mode of Working : Work From Office Shift : Day Job Role:- Lead Generation : Research and identify new business opportunities through cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach. Prospect Qualification : Qualify leads based on company criteria, assessing their fit, interest, and potential to convert into paying customers. Market Research : Continuously monitor industry trends, competitive offerings, and customer feedback to provide valuable market insights. CRM Management : Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM system, tracking all sales activities, prospect interactions, and follow-ups. Target Achievement : Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation, qualified meetings, and other key performance indicators (KPIs). Follow-Up : Maintain consistent follow-up with leads through multiple touch points, including calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages. Preferred Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with senior decision-makers. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with a results-oriented mindset.
