Job Description

JD for Lead Generation Specialist Responsibilities: Lead Saamas demand and lead generation planning efforts, including the overall strategy, producing new and nurtured lead generation goals and forecasts, setting the budget spend priorities, and measuring overall results against plans. Work with the marketing communication team to develop targeted content assets. Conduct research to identify potential leads through various online and offline sources. Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract and acquire new clients. Qualify leads and pass them to the appropriate sales team members. Maintain and update customer databases with new leads and contacts. Track lead generation metrics and report on success and improvement areas. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted engaging content and campaigns. Provide a weekly report to senior leadership for KPIs, work with the leadership team to define demand generation strategy. Utilize CRM systems to ensure a streamlined lead generation process. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition. Skills & Qualifications: 8+ years’ experience in leads and demand generation for product and services businesses. Prior demand generation experience targeting mid-market/enterprise companies in Insurance, CPG, Healthcare and Hitech industries Targeted cold calling to senior business decision makers, understanding their landscape and suggesting suitable solutions, handling objections, appointment setting. Strong understanding of CRM technologies and lead generation tools. Highly self-motivated contributor with a proven track record of results. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with strong organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
