Description We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to drive customer acquisition & contribute to our business growth. This role demands excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of our target market and a proactive approach to generating high-quality leads that align with the studios strategic objectives. Roles & Responsibilities Lead Generation: Research, identify, target potential leads across multiple platforms including social media, websites, events, email campaigns & industry directories. Prospect Outreach: Reach out to prospects via email, calls, social media to build relationships, pitch services & set up meetings. Client Qualification: Qualify leads based on their needs, budget and decision-making authority to ensure they are a good fit for the studios services. Market Research: Continuously monitor trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and design teams to align lead generation efforts with ongoing campaigns and business goals. Nurturing Leads: Manage a lead pipeline, develop nurturing campaigns, engage potential clients with informative content and offers. Support RFP/RFQ responses by structuring business and design solutions. Must Have Skills Proven experience in lead generation, business development or sales within the B2B domain. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making. Experience in cold calling and personalized outreach. Proficiency in CRM tools, MS -Office and Google Suite (Docs, Slides, and Sheets). Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify problems and translate them into actionable solutions. Energetic and results-driven, with a passion for lead generation.
