In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads, driving outreach efforts using LinkedIn, email, and CRM tools, and scheduling meetings for our sales team. You will play a pivotal role in our sales pipeline by tracking performance and optimizing strategies to ensure the generation of high-quality leads. Key Responsibilities: Lead Research and Identification: Conduct research using various platforms (LinkedIn, industry databases, social media, etc.) to identify potential leads and prospects. Outreach: Use LinkedIn, email, and CRM tools to reach out to potential leads, engaging them through personalized communication and nurturing relationships to qualify them for the sales team. Qualifying Leads: Assess the potential of leads based on key criteria to determine their suitability for the sales team. Schedule meetings and set appointments for the sales team to engage further. Track Performance: Monitor and analyze the success of lead generation efforts, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality leads. Report key performance metrics to improve outreach strategies. Optimize Lead Generation: Continuously assess and refine lead generation strategies to maximize efficiency and quality. Experiment with different outreach methods to find the most effective tactics. Client Handling: Maintain professional communication with potential clients, building rapport and providing value throughout the lead qualification process. Requirements: Experience: 2-5 years of experience in lead generation or sales development, with a proven track record of success in generating high-quality leads. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage potential leads and build lasting relationships. CRM Familiarity: Experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) to track, manage, and nurture leads. Goal-Oriented: A results-driven mindset with the ability to set and achieve lead generation goals. Proactive Approach: Must be self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative and drive results without constant supervision. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in B2B lead generation.Ability to adapt to new tools and technologies quickly.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
