Job Responsibilities: Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls and send cold emails to potential leads. Research and identify potential clients through various channels such as LinkedIn, company databases, and other prospecting tools. Develop and implement lead generation strategies to acquire new business opportunities. Qualify leads based on company criteria and set up appointments for the sales team. Maintain accurate records of calls, emails, and follow-ups in CRM tools. Track and analyze lead generation metrics to improve outreach effectiveness. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and targeting strategies. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to improve outreach strategies. Key Requirements: 6 months to 1 year of experience in lead generation, cold calling, and cold emailing. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to handle objections and convert prospects into qualified leads. Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation tools. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment. Preferred Skills: Experience in the e-commerce or SaaS industry is a plus. Knowledge of sales automation and email outreach tools. Understanding of lead nurturing and sales funnel strategies.
