Lead Generation Specialist

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to join our sales and marketing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with tools like Lusha, Apollo.io, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, along with strong knowledge of outreach and CRM software. You will play a key role in identifying high-quality prospects, enriching lead data, and launching outreach campaigns that generate new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify qualified leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and Lusha
• Build and maintain accurate and targeted lead lists based on ICP (Ideal Customer Profile)
• Execute personalized outreach campaigns using email and multi-channel automation tools (e.g., Lemlist, Mailshake, Reply.io, Instantly.ai)
• Conduct market research to identify new prospecting opportunities and trends
• Collaborate with the sales team to hand off qualified leads and support pipeline growth
• Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) with lead data and campaign performance
• A/B test email templates and outreach sequences to optimize response and conversion rates
• Track metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, reply rates, and conversions

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in lead generation or sales development
• Proficiency with Lusha, Apollo.io, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Experience with outreach/email automation platforms (e.g., Lemlist, Instantly, Reply.io)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
