Lead Generation Specialist- Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Researching prospects 2. Contacting prospective customers 3. Qualifying leads 4. Managing contact base 4. Improving processes KRAs: 1. Role will be lead generation, finding leads from various sources, bidding, responsibilities of business development. 2. Send emails, campaigns and generate target based leads per month with conversion with the help of the BD Team. 3. Good communication skills required with experience in web development, sales and lead generation. 4. Should be proactive and hard working. 5. Research prospective accounts in targeted markets, pursue leads and follow through to a successful agreement. 6. Understand the target markets, including industry, company, project, company contacts and which market strategies can be used to attract clients. Skills must have: 1. Communication 2. Sales knowledge 3. Tech savviness 4. Data-driven 5. Targeting and segmentation
