Lead Generation Expert / Contact Prospection Manager.

We are specifically looking for a professional who can work independently on lead generation activities, someone who does not rely on the team’s delivery but can work at the ground level to create direct opportunities for the Presales and Sales teams. In addition, strong Business Development expertise should be there to ensure effective client engagement and conversion.

About the Role :

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Expert to identify, qualify, and nurture potential clients for our Software, IT and digital service offerings. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of B2B and B2C marketing dynamics, along with hands-on experience using digital platforms to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline. 


Key Responsibilities :

Research, identify, and qualify potential leads across domestic and international markets based on the requirements.

Generate new business leads through platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork, Clutch, Apollo.io, Crunchbase, and other digital channels.

Maintain and update lead databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of client information at all levels.

Execute outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, cold calls, webinars) to engage potential prospects.

Collaborate with the Business Development and Marketing teams to develop lead generation strategies aligned with company goals.

Track lead progress through the sales funnel using CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).

Analyze campaign performance, conversion ratios, and optimize lead generation activities for better ROI.

Support proposal preparation and coordinate with internal Sales teams during the initial stages of client engagement.


Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

4–6 years of proven experience in lead generation, market research, or business development within the IT or Digital Services industry.

Hands-on experience with CRM tools, lead prospecting platforms, and automation tools.

Experience in arranging and managing campaigns such as Webinars, Mass Emailers, and LinkedIn Outreach.

Strong business development approach with the ability to convert leads into potential business opportunities.

Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Self-motivated, target driven , result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
