🔹 About the Role

Lead Generation Specialist

This role requires someone who understands the IT landscape, can research target industries, engage decision-makers, and build a healthy lead pipeline to support our sales team.



Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential leads through platforms such as

    LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Crunchbase, Upwork, Clutch, and industry databases.

  • Generate qualified B2B leads for IT Services through email outreach, cold calling, LinkedIn prospecting, and marketing funnels.

  • Build target lists based on ideal customer profiles (ICP) and buyer personas.

  • Run outreach campaigns (Email + LinkedIn + Call + WhatsApp if applicable).

  • Track and log all leads, communication history, and activities in CRM tools (HubSpot / Zoho / Salesforce).

  • Coordinate with the sales team to schedule demos, introductory calls, and meetings.

  • Maintain weekly lead reports, performance metrics, and conversion statistics.

  • Work closely with marketing to optimize messaging, campaigns, and automation workflows.

  • Stay updated on IT market trends, competitor landscape, and new prospecting strategies.


🔹 Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in

    B2B lead generation

    , preferably in an

    IT services or SaaS environment

    .
  • Excellent knowledge of tools such as:
  • HubSpot / Zoho / Salesforce, Apollo, LinkedIn Navigator, Lemlist, Mailshake, Gmass, etc.

  • Strong understanding of IT solutions such as:

  • Software Development

  • Mobile App Development
  • IT Consulting
  • Managed IT Services
  • Web Development / Cloud Solutions / Cybersecurity / AI solutions
  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Ability to meet monthly KPIs and performance targets.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Experience with automation workflows is a plus.


🔹 Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • Minimum

    1–3 years of experience

    in IT lead generation or outbound sales.
  • Proven track record of generating

    high-quality outbound leads

    in international markets (US/UK/Europe/UAE preferred).


🔹 Performance Metrics (KPIs)

  • Number of qualified leads generated weekly/monthly.
  • Conversion rate from initial contact to booked call/demonstration.
  • Pipeline value contribution.
  • Email response and LinkedIn engagement rate.
  • Meeting targets and growth consistency.
