Job Title: Business Development Associate Lead Generation & Appointment Scheduling Location: Mumbai Salary: Up to 30,000 per month Experience: 1-3 years preferred (Freshers with excellent communication skills may apply) About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Development Associate. The primary responsibility of this role is to extract relevant data from LinkedIn (training will be provided), initiate outbound calls, and schedule meetings for the sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to engage potential clients effectively. Key Responsibilities: Lead Research & Data Extraction: Identify and extract potential leads from LinkedIn as per the companys target audience. Outbound Calling: Reach out to prospective clients to introduce our services and schedule meetings for the sales team. Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and confirm meetings between clients and sales executives. CRM & Data Management: Maintain an accurate database of leads, calls made, responses, and scheduled meetings. Follow-ups: Conduct timely follow-ups with potential clients to ensure high conversion rates. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to improve lead generation strategies. Key Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional regional languages are a plus). Ability to engage and build rapport over phone calls professionally. Prior experience in tele-calling, lead generation, or business development is preferred. Basic proficiency in using LinkedIn and CRM tools (training will be provided).
