Role & responsibilities Experience: At least 2 years of experience in lead generation, business development, or a related role (preferably in recruitment or staffing) Lead Generation Tools: Proficiency in tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator etc Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage potential clients and candidates in meaningful conversations Organizational Skills: Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple leads and campaigns simultaneously Preferred candidate profile Responsibilities This role is essential in identifying and generating high-quality leads for our recruiters and helping us expand our client base Lead Research and Identification: Use a variety of tools, such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Indeed, Monster, and other recruitment platforms, to research and identify potential clients (companies looking to hire) Conduct market research to find new business opportunities in various industries and geographic locations within the USA Qualify leads based on key criteria, including company size, industry, and hiring needs Ensure that the leads are aligned with the recruitment services offered by the company Cold Outreach: Initiate contact with prospects through cold calling, email campaigns, and outreach via social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) to generate interest Build relationships with HR professionals, talent acquisition teams, and other decision-makers to qualify them as potential clients Client and Candidate Engagement: Maintain strong communication with potential clients and candidates, nurturing them throughout the lead generation process Set up meetings between qualified leads and the sales or recruitment team to move leads further down the funnel Collaboration with Sales/Recruitment Teams: Work closely with sales and recruitment consultants to understand client needs and deliver high-quality leads Provide feedback and insights from the lead generation process to continuously refine outreach strategies and improve the quality of leads Reporting and Analytics: Track and report on lead generation performance, including conversion rates, outreach success, and overall lead quality Regularly analyze and optimize lead generation strategies to ensure maximum effectiveness
