Job Description

Seeking a motivated fresher to support lead generation by researching prospects, updating CRM databases, and qualifying leads from campaigns and events. Role includes maintaining accurate Salesforce records, understanding company capabilities, and identifying potential clients through online research and outbound initiatives. Strong communication, organization, and learning ability required.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop a solid understanding of the company's offerings, team capabilities, and value propositions.
Create and maintain databases of prospective clients using tools such as Salesforce, CRM systems, Excel, and other lead-management platforms.
Conduct lead generation activities by researching potential clients through business directories, web searches, and digital resources.
Qualify inbound leads received through digital campaigns, conferences, referrals, trade shows, and other marketing initiatives.
Identify high-potential prospects through proactive research, creativity, and initiative to support outbound lead-generation efforts.
Keep sales information updated by maintaining accurate, organized, and timely activity reports within the Salesforce CRM system.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Strong research and data-entry skills with attention to detail.
Basic understanding of CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a plus).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to learn quickly, take initiative, and work in a collaborative environment.
