Job Summary:

We are seeking for an energetic and detail-oriented Lead Generation Intern to join our team at Recroox Solutions. This internship offers hands-on experience in identifying potential clients, generating leads, and supporting business growth activities. It’s an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to learn how real-world B2B and B2C lead generation works and gain exposure to client acquisition, outreach, and HR services marketing.

Job Location: Remote, Part-time

Job Type: Internship (Unpaid)

Schedule: Flexible Working Hours

Duration: 2 Months

• Research and identify potential B2B clients (startups, small businesses, and agencies).
• Find and connect with B2C prospects (students, professionals, job seekers).
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp, and online business directories.
• Send professional outreach messages using given templates.
• Maintain and update daily lead tracking sheets with contact details and responses.
• Coordinate with the Founder and Marketing team for client follow-ups.
• Support in planning outreach campaigns and improving lead generation strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Students currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
• Strong interest in sales, communication, and digital outreach.
• Active on LinkedIn and social media platforms.
• Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
• Good written English and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and consistent with daily updates.
• Freshers and students are encouraged to apply.
