About the Role

Lead Generation Expert / Contact Prospection Manager

You will work closely with Presales, Marketing, and Business Development teams while driving strategic lead generation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct structured market research to identify and qualify prospects across domestic and international regions
• Generate opportunities through platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, Clutch, Apollo.io, Crunchbase, and similar tools
• Maintain and update high-quality lead databases
• Run multi-channel outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, webinars, calls)
• Coordinate with internal teams to support early-stage prospect engagement
• Track funnel metrics, campaign outcomes, and performance insights using CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
• Support proposal activities and ensure smooth handover to Sales teams

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience in Lead Generation, Market Research, or Business Development in IT / Software / Digital Services
• Proficiency with CRM systems and modern prospecting tools
• Ability to manage structured outreach campaigns across multiple channels
• Strong communication and analytical abilities
• A proactive, goal-driven professional who can work independently in a fast-paced environment
