Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to join our growing SaaS-based company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, nurturing, and qualifying potential customers to generate a solid sales pipeline. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for meeting and exceeding targets. Key Responsibilities: Lead Identification & Research: o Research potential leads and target accounts through online platforms (LinkedIn, Google, etc.). o Build and maintain a database of qualified leads for outreach. Prospecting & Outreach: o Initiate cold emails, calls, and social media outreach to engage potential customers. o Conduct follow-ups to ensure ongoing engagement and qualify leads further. Lead Nurturing & Qualification: o Understand customer needs and pain points to identify if they are a fit for the product. o Schedule discovery calls, product demos, or hand over qualified leads to the sales team. CRM Management & Reporting: o Track and manage all activities in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). o Prepare weekly and monthly reports on lead status and outreach performance. Collaboration: o Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to align lead generation strategies. o Provide feedback on market trends and customer insights to improve outreach Key Skills & Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in lead generation, preferably in the SaaS industry. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with SaaS platforms, CRMs, and lead generation tools. Proactive Attitude: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze data, track performance, and optimize outreach strategies. Team Player: Collaborates effectively across departments.
