Lead Generation Executive

Experienced candidates will take on additional responsibilities in planning, optimizing lead funnels, and guiding junior team members.

Key Responsibilities (For All Levels):

  • Identify, research, and generate new leads through LinkedIn, calling, email, and referrals
  • Conduct daily cold calls and outreach to engage potential prospects
  • Qualify leads based on requirements, budget, and decision-making capability
  • Schedule appointments and meetings with interested prospects
  • Maintain and update lead data, call logs, and follow-up notes in CRM tools
  • Communicate clearly through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and online meetings
  • Follow up with prospects to nurture interest and bring them into the sales pipeline
  • Provide regular updates and reports on lead generation activities
  • Support the sales team by transferring qualified leads and assisting with coordination

Additional Responsibilities for Experienced Candidates (4–7 Years):

  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies for targeted industries
  • Create outreach scripts, messaging templates, and follow-up sequences
  • Optimize funnels to improve lead quality and conversion rates
  • Train, mentor, and guide interns or junior lead-gen executives
  • Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports for management
  • Work closely with business development and sales teams to align lead-gen goals
  • Build strong professional connections with potential clients and decision-makers

Skills & Qualifications

For Freshers (BBA/MBA Preferred):

  • Strong communication and cold-calling skills
  • Basic understanding of lead generation and sales processes
  • Ability to schedule meetings and maintain follow-up discipline
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn
  • Good coordination and documentation skills

For Experienced Candidates:

  • Proven experience in lead generation (B2B/B2C)
  • Strong cold-calling, prospecting, and negotiation abilities
  • Knowledge of CRM tools, outreach tools, and LinkedIn lead-gen techniques
  • Ability to manage outreach campaigns and track metrics
  • Leadership and mentoring capabilities
  • Results-driven and strategic mindset

Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related fields

(BBA/MBA preferred but not mandatory))
