Location: Viman Nagar, Pune Job Mode: Onsite Experience Required: 0-1years Employment Type: Full-Time Roles and Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, and current expertise Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and other marketing efforts Understand client needs and offer appropriate solutions from the company’s service portfolio Conduct meetings and presentations to potential clients Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients Prepare and deliver pitches to potential clients Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs Provide regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and pipeline forecasts Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and delivery of services Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Internship experience in business development, IT Sales, Lead Generation or a similar role Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and time-management skills Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus Why Join Us?
