Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Lead Generation Executive / Manager with 2–5 years of proven experience in generating high-quality B2B leads, particularly in Cloud Services and IT Solutions domains. The ideal candidate should be capable of identifying potential prospects, initiating meaningful engagement, and building a solid sales pipeline to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Identification & Research: Identify and qualify potential clients across industries that would benefit from cloud computing, IT infrastructure, and digital solutions.
  • Cold Outreach: Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn prospecting, and targeted outreach.
  • Qualify Leads: Understand prospect pain points and determine if their needs align with our offerings (Cloud Services – IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, Hosting, Infrastructure, etc.)
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead data in CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, etc., and ensure proper documentation for follow-ups.
  • Nurture Prospects: Build and sustain long-term relationships through ongoing communication, sharing insights and relevant content about cloud trends and solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to smoothly transfer qualified leads for further engagement and closure.
  • Market & Competitor Research: Stay updated with evolving cloud technology trends, competitive landscape, and buyer behaviors to refine lead generation strategies.
  • Reporting: Provide weekly/monthly reports on lead generation performance, key metrics, and conversion insights.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in lead generation, preferably in IT services, cloud technologies, or B2B technology-based sectors.
  • Cloud & IT Knowledge: Solid understanding of cloud computing (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), hosting, infrastructure, and digital marketing services.
  • Tools Proficiency: Hands-on experience with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi; ability to engage C-level and tech decision-makers.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze industry trends and target the right market segments for outreach.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to understand client pain points and articulate how our solutions can address them.
  • Time Management: Strong organizational skills and ability to manage tasks independently in a remote work environment.

Preferred:

  • Candidates from North India
  • Experience working with IT service companies or digital marketing agencies
  • Proven ability to generate leads in international markets (UAE, USA, UK preferred)
