Job Description

Total years of Experience: 1 to 2 years

Key Responsibilities:

Generate potential client leads through cold calling, online research, social media platforms, and referrals.
Engage with prospects to explain Lakshmishree’s investment products and services, including Demat Accounts, Trading, Mutual Funds, and Insurance.
Identify and qualify leads based on interest level, investment potential, and suitability.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads and client interactions in the CRM system.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and follow-ups for the sales and relationship management teams.
Collaborate with Relationship Managers to ensure smooth conversion of qualified leads into active clients.
Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
Maintain a high level of professionalism while adhering to company policies, processes, and SEBI compliance guidelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
