Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate potential client leads through cold calling, online research, social media platforms, and referrals.
  • Engage with prospects to explain Lakshmishree’s investment products and services, including Demat Accounts, Trading, Mutual Funds, and Insurance.
  • Identify and qualify leads based on interest level, investment potential, and suitability.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and follow-ups for the sales and relationship management teams.
  • Collaborate with Relationship Managers to ensure smooth conversion of qualified leads into active clients.
  • Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism while adhering to company policies, processes, and SEBI compliance guidelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
