As a Lead Generation Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads through various methods, helping to build the sales pipeline and contribute to our business growth. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers looking to start their career in sales and marketing. Key Responsibilities: Research and identify potential leads and prospects using various online tools and platforms. Engage with potential customers via email, social media, or calls to introduce our products/services. Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and forward them to the sales team for follow-up. Maintain and update lead generation databases and CRM systems. Assist in the development of lead generation campaigns and strategies. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute digital marketing initiatives. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities. Provide feedback on lead quality and suggest improvements to the lead generation process. Skills & Qualifications: Strong communication skills (written and verbal). Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus (but not required). Positive attitude and eagerness to learn. Basic understanding of digital marketing is a plus. A degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
