Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and confident female candidate with strong English communication skills to join our team. The role involves client interaction, lead generation, and managing end-to-end discussions — from the first contact to final closure. Candidates with prior experience in client handling or business development and those familiar with the exhibition industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business leads through databases, networking, and online research.
• Manage end-to-end client communication from initial outreach to project closure.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal design and sales teams.
• Maintain and update client information in CRM tools or Excel sheets.
• Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients.
• Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and follow-ups for ongoing leads.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Confident personality with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle client calls, emails, and meetings professionally.
• Knowledge or interest in the exhibition and event industry is an added advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic data management.

Qualification:

• Graduate in any discipline (Marketing, Communication, or related fields preferred).
