Role & responsibilities Making calls to understand whether there is requirement for particular product & services of our clients Generate leads and build client relationships. Assist clients in developing marketing strategies. Would need to identify prospects from the database to pass to the sales team Maintaining call reports and recording discussion with the clients in the excel format Undertaking first/second level of research towards successful call results Work on B2B campaigns in the IT & ITES sector Preferred candidate profile Good English Communication Skills Knowledge of Excel Perks and benefits Salary as per industry Standards P.F, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus
