Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities 1. Customer Outreach: • Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads. • Engage with customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to promote solar and energy solutions. 2. Appointment Scheduling: • Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team by understanding customers energy needs and interests. • Maintain an organized calendar to ensure efficient scheduling and follow-ups. 3. Lead Qualification: • Identify and qualify potential customers who are interested in solar and energy solutions. • Gather relevant information about the customers energy usage, property type, and other key details. 4. Product Knowledge: • Develop a thorough understanding of solar and energy products, benefits, and services offered by the company. • Answer basic customer inquiries related to solar and energy systems/energy bills. 5. Record Keeping: • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system. • Regularly update lead status and appointment outcomes in specific groups. 6. Collaboration: • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from appointment setting to consultation. • Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and customer responses. 7. Performance Goals: • Meet or exceed daily and monthly appointment-setting targets. • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance skills and product knowledge. Preferred candidate profile Qualifications 1. Education: • High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in sales, marketing, or a related field is a plus. 2. Experience: • Prior experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, or sales is preferred. • Experience in the renewable energy or solar industry is a plus. 3. Skills: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated. • Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills. 4. Personality Traits: • High energy, enthusiasm, and a customer-focused attitude. • Passion for learning more about renewable energy ,energy markets,solar and sustainability and other process. • Reliable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented. The Solar and Energy Appointment Setter is responsible for reaching out to potential customers, educating them about solar and energy solutions,Lead generation for energy process and scheduling appointments for the sales team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for sustainable energy solutions. Perks and benefits This is a Remote Job Work from home however if any employee is based in Chandigarh or want to relocate can come office at Mohali Chandigarh. • Shift timing 6:30 Am - 3:30 Pm Break - 1st - 9:00Am -9:30Am 2nd - 12:00Pm - 12:30Pm In 9 hrs shift total break allowed 1 hr 20 min including bio breaks.
