Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 1 to 7 years of experience to join our team as a Lead Generation Call Center Executive in the US International BPO for an MNC in Gurgaon, Delhi NCR, India. The ideal candidate should have excellent English speaking skills and be able to work in a night shift environment.

Roles and Responsibility

Handle outbound calls to generate leads and convert them into sales.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business.
Identify new business opportunities through cold calling and lead generation techniques.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets and goals.
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of calls made, leads generated, and sales converted.

Job Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in a BPO or call center environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience in US process and international BPO is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in any field; other bachelor's degrees will also be considered.
