Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Lead Generation Executive to join our team in Sector 48, Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or marketing.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and execute effective lead generation strategies to drive business growth.
Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and identify new business opportunities.
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Identify and pursue new business leads through various channels, including social media, email, and cold calling.
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any field; relevant certifications are an asset.
Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or marketing, with a strong track record of success.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Experience working with IT companies or similar industries is preferred.
