Job Description: We are seeking a Lead Generation Executive with 1-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads, with a preference for candidates who have worked in the real estate sector. Key Responsibilities: • Lead Generation: o Create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns to generate quality leads. o Develop strategies to increase lead volume while maintaining cost efficiency. • Campaign Management: o Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI) and make data-driven optimizations. A/B test ad creatives, copy, and targeting to maximize effectiveness. o • • • Audience Targeting: o Identify and segment the target audience for effective ad targeting. Use retargeting strategies to re-engage potential leads. o Reporting & Analysis: o Prepare detailed reports on lead generation performance. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. o Collaboration: Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure lead quality and conversion. o Requirements: • • • • 1-3 years of experience in lead generation through Meta Ads and Google Ads. Proven expertise in running and optimizing performance-based campaigns. Preferred experience in real estate lead generation.
