Primary Responsibilities
Must-Have Skills
✓ 2+ years of B2B lead generation experience (IT/SaaS/consulting preferred)
✓ Proven track record with consistent qualified lead generation
✓ Deep LinkedIn expertise: Sales Navigator, Boolean search, engagement strategies
✓ Understanding of B2B buyer psychology (especially pain-driven purchasing)
✓ Ability to understand and articulate technical value propositions
✓ Experience selling to US/EU markets (understanding of business culture)
✓ Familiarity with IT consulting, software development, or digital transformation services
✓ Can identify technical pain points from company signals (LinkedIn posts, job descriptions, tech stack)
✓ Excellent written English (native or near-native level)
✓ Strong research and analytical skills
✓ CRM proficiency (experience with pipeline management tools)
✓ Self-directed with strong time management
