💼 What You'll Do

Primary Responsibilities

1. Strategic Lead Generation (60%)

  • Execute targeted LinkedIn outreach campaigns with personalized messaging
  • Identify and qualify prospects in US/EU markets who match our ideal client profile
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Track conversion metrics: outreach → conversation → qualified lead → sales handoff

2. Prospect Research & Qualification (25%)

  • Research target companies showing signs of:
  • Rapid scaling (operational bottlenecks)
  • Technical debt or legacy system pain
  • Compliance/security requirements
  • Customer churn or support ticket overflow
  • Create detailed prospect profiles with pain point analysis
  • Qualify leads based on budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT criteria)

3. Outreach Strategy & Optimization (15%)

  • Craft personalized outreach messages based on specific pain points
  • A/B test messaging frameworks and conversion approaches
  • Refine ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) based on response data
  • Collaborate with leadership on positioning and messaging

Must-Have Skills

Lead Generation Expertise

✓ 2+ years of B2B lead generation experience (IT/SaaS/consulting preferred)

✓ Proven track record with consistent qualified lead generation

✓ Deep LinkedIn expertise: Sales Navigator, Boolean search, engagement strategies

✓ Understanding of B2B buyer psychology (especially pain-driven purchasing)

Technical & Market Understanding

✓ Ability to understand and articulate technical value propositions

✓ Experience selling to US/EU markets (understanding of business culture)

✓ Familiarity with IT consulting, software development, or digital transformation services

✓ Can identify technical pain points from company signals (LinkedIn posts, job descriptions, tech stack)

Communication & Process

✓ Excellent written English (native or near-native level)

✓ Strong research and analytical skills

✓ CRM proficiency (experience with pipeline management tools)

✓ Self-directed with strong time management

Bonus Points

  • Experience with cold email campaigns and multi-channel outreach
  • Background in sales or business development roles
  • Understanding of AI/ML, automation, or legacy modernization markets
  • Experience working with offshore/nearshore service providers
  • Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies
  • Content creation skills (thought leadership, case studies)
