Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata for a Lead Generation and Sales Executive. The role involves identifying potential leads, creating and executing sales strategies, and generating new business opportunities. The candidate will also maintain client relations, analyze market trends, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets. Success in this role requires proactive engagement with prospective clients and a focus on meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Lead Generation and Sales, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and building client pipelines.
• Experience in Market Research, identifying opportunities, and analyzing industry trends.
• Strong Communication and Presentation skills, including the ability to effectively convey value propositions to clients.
• Knowledge of CRM tools and Sales Management systems, with a strategic approach to tracking and closing deals.
• Organizational skills, teamwork, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A background in B2B sales or experience in the tech and service sectors is an advantage.
