Job Description

Position: Lead Generation Specialist - Digital TransformationLocation: Remote/Hybrid/Office (as applicable)Target Markets: North India, APAC, North America and other Foreign MarketsShift: Flexible to work in different shifts to align with target marketsKey Responsibilities: * Identify, research, and qualify potential leads for Digital Transformation services in North India and North America * Utilize various lead generation techniques, including cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn networking, and industry events * Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute effective lead generation campaigns * Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions in CRM systems * Schedule meetings and appointments for sales teams with qualified leads * Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to identify potential business opportunities * Achieve and exceed lead generation targets Requirements: * Proven experience in B2B lead generation, preferably within the Digital Transformation or IT services domain * Strong understanding of Digital Transformation services, including cloud computing, data analytics, automation, and IoT * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Proficiency in CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms * Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment * Flexibility to work in different shifts to cover North India and North America time zones * Self-motivated, result-driven, and eager to contribute to organizational growth Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with lead generation in India and North American markets * Familiarity with social selling techniques and tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator * Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
