About the Role: The Lead Gen and Conversion Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing the customer journey for lower-value leads. This role focuses on creating nurturing workflows and using marketing automation and AI tools to drive these leads through to sale without requiring involvement from the sales team. The position demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The Lead Gen and Conversion Specialist will play a crucial role in freeing up sales resources while ensuring all leads are fully monetized. This role is essential for driving engagement and supporting lead generation efforts through personalized and automated marketing activities. How will you make an impact? Lead Nurturing and Conversion: Design and execute nurturing workflows to manage the entire customer journey for lower-value leads. Use marketing automation and AI tools to send personalized emails, SMS campaigns, and social media touches. Campaign Management: Create and manage campaigns to ensure a steady flow of qualified leads. Collaborate with the marketing team to align on lead qualification criteria and follow up on campaign leads. Customer Engagement: Engage with lower-tier customers by providing product information, managing sales inquiries, and closing smaller deals as needed. Ensure smooth onboarding and high retention. Reporting and Analytics: Generate and distribute reports on lead nurturing and conversion activities. Provide insights into campaign performance and customer engagement. What We Look For Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field Minimum of 4-5 years of work experience in a marketing or lead generation role. Understanding of content marketing and its role in lead nurturing. Ability to create and repurpose content for different stages of the funnel (awareness, consideration, decision). Deep understanding of customer journey mapping and lead nurturing strategies. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to leverage AI-driven content recommendations and automated follow-ups. Strong communication skills to report on lead performance and recommend optimizations. Proficiency in marketing automation tools and AI technologies. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work cooperatively with team members. Strong organizational and time management skills.
