Jole Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead FullStack Developer || Chennai with 5+ years of experience. About Us CodeVyasa is a mid-sized product engineering company that works with top-tier product/solutions companies such as McKinsey, Walmart, RazorPay, Swiggy , and others. We are about 550+ people strong and we cater to Product & Data Engineering use-cases around Agentic AI, RPA, Full-stack and various other GenAI areas. Full Stack Development Lead – Requirements Graduate in BE/BTech/MCA from a reputed university; Master’s degree is an advantage. 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with a focus on front-end and back-end development. Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Development Lead is preferred. Proven experience in designing, developing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of web applications. Strong front-end skills in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+) , and frameworks/libraries such as React JS . Back-end expertise in .NET (C#) and JavaScript (Node.js) , along with APIs, OAuth, and OpenID . Proficient with tools like Visual Studio Code, Postman, GitHub, AppInsights , etc. Experience working on Microservices-based products is preferred. Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps or Jenkins . Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and DevOps best practices. Familiarity with ALM tools such as Azure DevOps and Jira . Demonstrated ability to lead a team of front-end and back-end developers. Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality, reliable code. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Strong analytical mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving. High level of personal integrity and ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. Self-motivated , dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision .
