Join our Digital Customer Experience (DCE) team as a Lead Full Stack Developer and lead the development of digital and artificial intelligence (AI) solutions that support our business. Your projects may include enhancing customer experience and portals, developing next-generation digital tools, and maintaining existing ones. We are seeking an experienced Lead Full Stack Developer who excels in both front-end and back-end programming. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and participating in the development and design of front-end web architecture, ensuring the responsiveness of applications, and collaborating with graphic designer on web design features. Your expertise will guide the team in delivering high-quality digital solutions, among other key responsibilities. As a Lead Developer, you will utilize your knowledge and experience to design , develop and deploy enterprise solutions across a range of technologies. In this role, you will leverage your extensive experience to guide a collaborative team, ensuring that development efforts are well documented and delivered with exceptional quality. As an expert in open-source and cloud technologies, you will bring valuable external customer delivery experience to support sales, process owners, and various service delivery groups. You will actively participate in customer engagements, demonstrations, and meeting with internal stakeholders, including business unit leadership, engineers, digital experience teammates, and IT. This position also involves working closely with technical architects and UI/UX engineers to implement diverse desktop and web applications. Job Responsibilities Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other developers in the team, helping them grow their technical skills and implementing best practices. Conduct regular code reviews to ensure high-quality code and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team. Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices. Proactively recommend new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to the leadership and team to enhance productivity and maintain a competitive edge in the market. Participate in the design and ongoing maintenance of complex enterprise solutions that meet customer experience business goals. This includes scoping, planning, development, end-to-end testing, optimization and knowledge documentation. Lead develop software solutions across various digital programs and architectures in collaboration with team members. Develop and document scalable technical specifications that satisfy business and functional requirements. Investigate, analyze and recommend improvements and requirement changes. Support defect troubleshooting resolution, conduct root cause analysis of the involved architectures, and proactively support risk analysis and reduction. Background Skills Education Qualification: Requires a master s or bachelor s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field. Foster a collaborative environment, encourage teamwork to achieve project goals. Possess extensive programming experience (7 to 10+ years) with the following competencies: Expert in: C#, VB, .NET MVC, .NET Core, Javascript, NPM SQLite, Ms-SQL Server, SQL Server Management Studio Comfortable with: Git, Various linters, SonarQube / SonarCloud CI/CD practices in Azure Devops Infrastructure as Code using Pulumi Comfortable with Azure Cloud (App services, Azure AI services, Azure databricks) Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies Hands-on experience is a plus: NodeJS, MongoDB/CosmosDB, Java, Salesforce APEX, API development, OOAS3.0 Soft Skills Proficient in both written and verbal english communication, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts. Experience in working with global teams and driving projects to achieve high customer satisfaction. Capable of working effectively in a team environment, as well as independently managing multiple tasks effectively. Effective conflict resolution skills to handle disagreements, if any and maintain a positive team environment. Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
